The second Plenary Meeting will take place as a hybrid event in Brussels on 12 November 2025 from 09:30 until 16:30.

Purpose:

• Present and discuss the finalized recommendations from all WGs
  
• Consolidate content for the final version of the Standardization Roadmap
• Receive feedback from external stakeholders

• Public event

• Each WG presents final contributions
  
• Final feedback from external stakeholders and Coordination Committee
  

Goal:

• Reviewing and refining the current outputs from the WGs to ensure alignment, coherence, and relevance.
• Outlining the activities planned for 2026, with a focus on the consultation phase and the finalisation process of the roadmap.
• Engaging stakeholders in a discussion on priorities, gaps, and opportunities to ensure the roadmap is actionable, inclusive, and widely supported.
